Character Bios: Klam Kill

Created from the preserved genetic material that was stolen from within the Chylorrian Bone Temples in the Valley of Resting Bones. A region in Chylorria that acts as both a natural repository for fossils and records amongst the ancient hillsides as well as sacred ground for its people. Once the raw genetic material was stolen it was then manufactured to create the Klam Kill.

The manufacturing process in creating the Klam Kill involved three parts; first of which was the genetic material (which was stolen), the second was a chemical compound called Ambrosia which was provided by Beezos (the one who stole the genetic material) and finally the process of genetic transformation (a science provided to Beezos by an extraterrestrial being).

There was more genetic martial stolen by Beezos most of which was eventually retrieved. However, Beezos did escape capture with a large amount of stolen genetic material. Beezos himself even subjected himself to experimentation that transformed him in a way that allowed him control of all the genetic material that he gave life to. As well as transform parts of his own anatomy to that of his controlled agents. For instance, Beezos could transform one of his hands into the clam mouth that was the body of the Klam Kill. Beezos could transform in similar ways, which matched his other genetic creations. Though the process is limited to those creations which his own genetic material has access to. Beezos was himself an Andreenid, beelike humanoids who could fly. After Beezos transformation, he grew much larger in size, especially his forehead, grew a honey combed gem-like formation above his brow and shed his insect wings. Without his wings, Beezos could not fly in that way again. Beezos decided to change his moniker to that of Bugz-It, a title showcasing his evolved form of his species as well as his mastery over his collection of creations both mentally as well as physically, demonstrated by his ability to take of their physical features.

A mind-controlled Burrough Man was used to extract the Kill Klams genetic material. Many other Burrough Men were mind controlled and then later discarded by Beezos as he plundered the Chylorrean hillside for its genetic wealth.

As its name suggests, the Klam Kill is in actuality a mutated clam. Though the best way to describe the Klam Kill may be as a mobile chemical factory/ assault vehicle. Let us break the Klam Kill's physiology down.

The Klam Kills carapace or clam shell is what you first see of the creature. It is a dense, and compact orange shell with the lips of its mouth being a dark purplish color. Besides the front opening of the Klam Kills mouth, there are several other openings along the shell. On the underbelly of the shell are eight horizontal tiny portholes that can open and close. These portholes along with its more prominent rear permanently open hole are uses for maneuverability. The Klam Kill primarily traverses under the water until it settles somewhere on the sea floor. It can travel on land, though at a much slower rate as it is primarily designed for submersal travel. The ways in which Klam Kills get around is mostly by blowing air and jettisoning it out through ultrathin vents either through its rear hole for movements forwards or lift via its eight tiny underbelly holes. The Klam Kill moves better in straight lines. For the Klam Kill to turn direction, it must decrease its speed. The only function of the mouth is to suck in water for storage or to consume particles, which happens by happenstance. To see in front of it, the Klam Kill can extend two stalks out of its mouth. The stalks can not only be visual aids for the Klam Kill they can act as gun barrels to fire bullets of concentrated water. These water bullets are extremely dense and powerful. In addition, the water bullets can also house chemicals for a variety of effects such as acid discharge upon impact, poisons, heat implosions, freezing temperatures, and ionized salt or electrical attacks.

A foam can be discharged underneath the belly which allows for the Klam Kill to slide along the ground either above or below the water. However, movement for the Klam Kill is very slow on the ground this way.

Often times the Klam Kill can receive help from its fellow creations such as  the Para-Saur or Tendril for travel. The Klam Kill works better in tandem with the Tendril which is a plant-based creature. Both creatures complement each other very well. As the Tendril can not only transport the Klam Kill with its undergrowth, but it can also feed the Kill Klam nutrients for chemical consumption and storage via hydration which is essential for all of the Klam Kills functions. On the other hand, the Para-Saur's flight can carry the Klam Kill long distances and even use them for air assaults.

The best example of the partnership between a Tendril and a Klam Kill was when both were feeding a synthesized version of Ambrosia provided by then Beezos in the food and water supply in Chylorria. The Klam Kills would keep the production of the Ambrosia and feed into the water supply while at the same time allowing the Tendrils to feed the stuff into the topsoil. The inhabitants of Chylorr were being inoculated with small amounts of Ambrosia in preparation for a Bio-Bomb to be set off that would transform them into an insectoid like slave race for Beezos once he took over the kingdom of the Andreenids.

It cannot be stated enough how important water is to the Klam Kill. For without water, it cannot store or mix chemicals or survive.
