Para-Saur

Created from the genetic material of his ancestors of Preternia like his fellow Menagerie of Monsters, Para-Saur is part Pterodactyl and part something else.

Though much of the Para-Saur's body is that of its distant Pterodactyl relatives it is also much more than that. For while like the Pterodactyl, the Para-Saur is designed for topflight with its long leathery red wings. The Para-Soar has a body and limb rotation and flexibility that is unnatural.

The most peculiar functionality of the Para-Saur and where it derives its name comes from its singular eye on its head. For the cyclopean eye is peculiar enough but when you have it attached to a Para scoping stalk it becomes something much more extraordinary. The eye of the Para-Saur can rotate 360 degrees, in order to see in all directions. A Para-Saur can be in flight or perched on a cliffs edge and still rotate its periscopic eye. In addition, the Para-Saur is immune from the effects of vertigo. It can endlessly turn its rotating eye stalk, even while asleep. That is why the Para-Saur is on constant lookout.

On the tips of the Para-Soars wings are tiny, clawed talons that serve little use in holding or grabbing things. If the Para-Soar is going to carry something or someone in flight it will uses its much larger and stronger bottom talons.

Note: After his transformation into Bugz-It, the aforementioned Beezos lost the use of his insectoid wings. However, Bugz-It's body can transform parts of his own anatomy to that of the Menagerie of Monsters that he's created. In the case of Para-Saur, Beezos can now fly by turning both his arms into the wings of that creature.

The Para-Saur's has no bones, making it superfluously flexible. It can its torso, legs and wings in a 360-degree manor just like its eye stalk. This makes the Para-Saur unpredictable and hard to grab a hold of.

The Para-Saur works well with the Crano-Mite and will often carry them in flight or transport them where they can be effective.

Para-Saur's have been known to carry Klam Kills in flight and use them as air assault weapons.
